FUSION MINERAL PAINTS and REDESIGN WITH PRIMA PRODUCTS

Delivery is via Royal Mail Tracked unless the order weighs more than 5kg.  

Free Delivery for orders over £65

Shipping - once payment has been received your order will be shipped the same or next working day.  

FURNITURE

Collections can be made from The Paint Pot Studio but please be aware of days and opening hours.  Should these not be suitable please inform me of your preferred day/time.

Local delivery I can provide a quote.

Nationwide delivery is a standard fee of £70 for Mainland UK with a Specialist Furniture Courier.  

For Deliveries further afield - I can contact my Courier for a quotation.

Delivery is made by a sole courier.  For larger items or if you are unable to assist the courier with unloading, please contact me as an additional charge may be required for a second person to deliver the item(s).

Deliveries will be shipped as soon as possible but this will depend on courier availability and routes.

When considering placing an order please contact me initially via telephone, message or email with any queries or concerns you may have.  

Once an order is placed please email me with all relevant contact details to pass onto the Courier.

DAMAGE IN TRANSIT Once you item is received please check the packaging - should there be any damage please photograph this before removal.  Please unpack your order whilst the Courier is still there (if practicable).  Should there be any damage to the item - please send photos as soon as possible with an email.  

RETURNS

Cancellation and full refund is available for orders cancelled before dispatch.

Once items are received you have a 14 day 'cooling off' period.  Should you wish to return your item the delivery fee is non-refundable and return costs are your responsibility.  If items are retuned damaged refunds with will be reduced to compensate for loss of value.
